Dr. Jitendra Kumar Jha, MBBS, MD (Ophthalmology) is a dedicated consultant ophthalmologist with a strong foundation in comprehensive ophthalmic care, cataract surgery, and medical retina. He obtained his MD in Ophthalmology from B.P. Koirala Institute of Health Sciences, Nepal, and has gained extensive clinical experience across tertiary eye care centers and government hospitals. His expertise encompasses cataract surgery, retinal imaging, laser therapy, and intravitreal pharmacotherapy, with a particular interest in premium intraocular lens implantation. Committed to clinical excellence, continuous learning, and evidence-based practice, Dr. Jha strives to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while contributing to the advancement of ophthalmic services. He currently serves as a Consultant Ophthalmologist at Ifrah eye hospital, Biratnagar, Nepal, and is a Life Member of the Nepal Ophthalmic Society and the Nepal Medical Association.
